By renting you agree to a few terms and policies:

1) Follow and abide by all rules outlined for Elk Point RP SIM.

Failure to follow these rules may result in a SIM Ban and remaining rental tier will not be refunded or transfered.

2) Rentals can be moved or evicted at any time while we will attempt not to do this, the owners of the SIM reserve the right to make changes.

3) Please keep rented prims inside your rental unit or directly in front of it.  You may rez cars with your rental however please be aware that the scripts create lag so they should not be left on the SIM.  

4) Rezed objects should not have particles that enter other rentals or lag the SIM.  The owners reserve the right to return any object which may be deemed to cause these issues.  

5) You always have the power to deny permission for people to enter your rental. While this is an RP SIM permission should be obtained before entering someone else's rental.  

6) Rental time is for a specific duration, refunds for unused time will not be given should you choose to leave the SIM.

 

7) We reserve the right to open a rental which has been cleared out for a new player.  Refunds should this happen will not be given.

8) Please remember that Elk Point is an immersive RP SIM, and as such rentals are still considered IC spaces.  Please be considerate of the players here and remain IC in local while on SIM.
